I gave Odeko a try because I was hoping it would simplify ordering for me, but the supplier options felt limited for what I actually need. A bunch of the items I usually buy either weren’t available or only had one choice, which makes it harder to rely on. It kind of defeats the purpose if I still have to place orders through other suppliers too, if that makes sense.

I’ve been trying to get help from odeko for days now, and I still haven’t gotten any kind of real response. I opened a ticket and expected at least a follow-up, but it feels like nobody is checking or taking ownership of the issue. It’s really frustrating, especially when the problem with my order is time-sensitive. If this is how their support works, I don’t see myself using them again.

Am I the only one who found the site really confusing? It was super slow, my cart kept changing on its own, and checkout felt like it took forever. I wanted to like it, but the whole process was such a hassle that I’m not sure it was worth it.

My order was marked as delivered even though it never showed up, so I reached out to Odeko to figure out what was going on. It took a few days before I got a real response, which was frustrating 😕.

To be fair, they did eventually sort it out and sent the missing items, so I appreciate that. But I had to follow up more than once before things actually moved along.

Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely could’ve been smoother. If their support was quicker, I’d feel a lot more comfortable ordering again.

Like I said, the billing was off again. I got charged extra, and like I said before, support still hasn’t fixed the invoice. Frustrating to keep dealing with this.

I’ve tried ordering a few times now, and every single time, a bunch of the items I need are out of stock or suddenly unavailable. It’s really frustrating when I’m trying to keep my own shop running. I’ve reached out about it before, but it feels like my concerns just get brushed off.

I ordered from odeko.com, and yeah… not a great experience. The box showed up and right away some of the items just looked off. Kind of old-looking. Packaging wasn’t great either, like things were just tossed in without much care.

I was expecting it to feel fresh. That was the whole point. But a few things felt cheap, and not really like what I thought I was getting from the pictures. Opened it, checked everything, and just felt disappointed.

Maybe I got unlucky. Maybe other people have had better orders from them. But for me, it wasn’t worth the money, and I don’t see myself ordering again.

Odeko just ended up feeling way too expensive for us. The pricing was already higher than I expected, and then the extra fees started adding up quickly. I thought it was going to help us save money, but it kinda did the opposite. Maybe it makes sense for Bigger shops, but for our setup it just didn’t. really hard to justify paying that much...

I’ve had a few orders show up late, and one was missing altogether, so it’s getting frustrating. Support responds, but it doesn’t really feel like anything gets fixed. When the delivery date keeps changing, it’s hard to plan around it. it also makes me question the overall quality of the service if they can’t get the basics right.
